Winter 2015 Updates
We are continually adding to our chronicle of exploration, review and examination of the Chalice, its origin and composition. New additions regarding these include Maker's Markings, Trumpeter's Wing and Verrochio's Putto Sculptures.

LONG FORGOTTEN.
APPARENTLY UNDOCUMENTED.
RECOVERED FROM THE SEA.
A SIGNIFICANT WORK OF A RENOWNED MASTER...
THE LOST CHALICE OF DaVINCI.

Destined to unfold as one of the most talked about finds in the world of art this century, the importance of this chalice is monumental. In very simple terms, it may prove to be the single most important discovery and statement in the works of DaVinci since the Renaissance.

All evidence would say that this is the work of DaVinci while he apprenticed under Verrochio in Florence. A masterful piece, embedded with the distinct and unique characteristics of Leonardo's elements of wind, water, shadow and light. The beauty, mystery and value of the chalice is enhanced by the embodiment of these elements in a work that would not traditionally even be considered in a study of the works of the “hands of the craftsman that fashioned it.”

Goals and intent in sharing this treasure currently include possibilities of exhibition and eventual placement or sale of the artifact itself. Inquiries regarding exhibition and interests of acquisition are encouraged.
